Returns & Refunds

Overview

At Synergy Holistics, we want you to love our products. We offer a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a refund, your return must meet one of the following criteria:

  • Unopened Items: Must be in the original packaging with the safety seal intact.
  • Opened Items (Satisfaction Guarantee): We accept returns on opened supplements if you are unhappy with the results, provided that at least 50% of the product remains in the container.

Please Note: We reserve the right to deny refunds for empty or nearly empty containers.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact email us at orders@synergyholistics.ca or call 1-888-777-5734. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important Regarding Shipping Costs:

For all returns (including Satisfaction Guarantee returns), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide free return labels unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.

Damages, Defects, and Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Contact us right away if:

  • The safety seal is broken or missing upon arrival.
  • The item is damaged (e.g., broken glass/seal).
  • You received the wrong product.

Please send a photo of the damage/issue to orders@synergyholistics.ca so we can evaluate the issue and send a replacement immediately.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" or clearance (often due to short expiry dates).
  • Gift Cards.

Wholesale / Vendor Orders

For our wholesale partners, please refer to your wholesale agreement or invoice for specific return terms. Generally, wholesale orders are final sale unless there is a discrepancy or damage during shipping, which must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
